SMS Terms & Conditions

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Wash2Care. You can book, pay for and receive any of our services without ever signing up for text messages.
Who is sending the messages
Text messages are sent by Excellence In CW Zone A, LLC, doing business as Wash2Care, 600 Crandon Blvd, Key Biscayne, Florida 33149.
What you are agreeing to
When you check the SMS consent box, click a confirmation button in one of our emails, or otherwise give express written consent, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Wash2Care at the mobile number you provided. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or an automated platform.
Message frequency
Approximately one message per month. We may occasionally send a message about weather affecting your service or about your membership. We do not send daily or weekly promotions.
Service messages
Messages directly related to a booking you made — appointment confirmations, reminders, “your vehicle is ready”, receipts — are transactional service messages. They are sent as part of providing the service you requested and are not covered by this marketing consent.
How to stop receiving messages

You can also unsubscribe by calling (786) 451-6680 or writing to info@wash2care.com. We honor all opt-out requests promptly.
Cost
Wash2Care does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed in all areas or at all times.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, please notify us so we can update or remove it.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send you the messages described here and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time your consent was given.
