This policy explains what information Excellence In CW Zone A, LLC, doing business as Wash2Care, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. Ever.
What we collect

How we use it
- To schedule, perform and charge for the services you request
- To contact you about your booking or your vehicle
- To keep a record of work performed
- To send marketing messages only if you gave express consent
- To meet tax, payroll and legal recordkeeping obligations
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed:
- Payment processors — to charge your card securely
- Our booking and CRM platform — to manage appointments and service history
- Messaging providers — to deliver the texts and emails you agreed to receive
- Our accountant — for tax and payroll compliance
- Authorities — when legally required
These providers may only use your information to perform their service for us. None of them may use it for their own marketing.
Text messages
Marketing text messages require your separate express written consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing but not receipts or booking confirmations.
Photographs
We may photograph vehicles we service for quality control and promotion. We do not publish license plates or anything that identifies the owner. Tell us before the service if you prefer your vehicle not be photographed.
How long we keep it
Service and billing records are kept for at least five years, as required by Florida tax rules. Marketing contact information is kept until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
- Access — ask us what information we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix anything that is wrong
- Deletion — ask us to delete your marketing data. Billing records we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted
- Opt out — reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email

Security
We use industry-standard safeguards. Payment data is handled entirely by PCI-compliant processors and never stored on our systems. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version in effect is the one published on this page.
